1. Overview
Caseload Compass and Assessment Atlas help you create personal Google Sheet copies of educational planning templates. This policy explains what information the application uses, how it is used, and what is not collected.
2. No analytics or tracking
The application does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, behavioral tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party tracking cookies. It does not track you across websites.
3. Information used when you sign in
When you sign in with Google, the application may receive basic Google account information such as your email address, name, and profile information supplied through Google OAuth. The application uses this information to authenticate you and to share the selected source template with the correct Google account.
4. Google Drive access
The application requests Google Drive access so it can create a copy of the selected template in your Google Drive. It uses that access for the copy workflow. It does not read, edit, or store the contents of your copied spreadsheet.
The application may temporarily grant your Google account reader access to the original source template so Google Picker can display it. After the copy operation, the application attempts to remove that temporary access.
5. Operational logs
The application keeps limited operational event logs for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs may include event names, outcomes, your email address, template identifiers, Google file or permission identifiers, safe error codes, and timestamps.
6. Cookies
The application uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session security. These cookies keep you signed in, protect the session, and allow the application to complete the Google Drive copy workflow. The application does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.
7. How information is shared
Information is shared only as needed to operate the application. This includes Google services used for sign-in, Picker, Drive, and Sheets; hosting and database providers used to run the application; and disclosures required by law or necessary to protect the application and its users.
The application does not sell personal information and does not use Google user data for advertising.
8. Data retention
Session cookies are temporary and are used only as needed for authentication. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, reliability, and legal or operational requirements.
9. Your choices
You can stop using the application at any time. You can also revoke the application's Google account access from your Google account settings. Revoking access may prevent the application from creating future spreadsheet copies.
